Swiss Valley Hip Resort

The staffs of the resort are so nice , they are enthusiasm to provide help and services. I came here first time in May 2023 with my mom who is 80 years old and she cannot walk normally. The buggy is ready to shuttle from the parking to the room and cafe. Actually, the security guard is also friendly and helpful. Before I came, I called the resort at night and it seemed that the call was transferred to the security guard and he tried to respond to my queries as much as he can. I love the vibes here, though the grass turned shriveled in the summer but I believe it must be all green and beautiful after the rainy season comes very soon. There are many activities to have fun with which I really enjoyed all of them. I bet I will come here again with the whole family at end of this year during the winter.

Nice view on way to Alpaca Hill. Alpaca hill is a nice place to visit. Alpaca hill is a tourist attraction that showcase not only Alpaca but numerous other animals. It is an interactive attraction where you can take photos with the animals, you can also feed certain other animals and in someway, play with the animals. Alpaca hill is very much an interactive and interesting attraction.

In this age of technology, we rarely get the opportunity to reconnect with Mother Earth. The Swiss Valley Hip Resort is the ultimate destination for families to rekindle with the roots of nature. For children these days, this is an absolute blessing and a must. Throughout our stay, there were moments where I could see the excitement in my child's eyes and that feeling of elation for a parent in beyond description. The resort sits on the beautiful, serene foothills of Suan Phueng with an abundance of trees, flowers and mountain tops as it's backdrop. As we approached the entrance a quiet sense of excitement filled us. Little did we realize that we were becoming a part of a enchanted story filled with wonder and of course: farm animals. We were greeted by wonderful staff members upon check-in with a refreshing grape juice. We noticed the SHA certification which gave us peace of mind when it came to safety and hygiene standards in the property. The staff provided a handy mobile phone that can be used in and around the estate area to call for services at our beck and call. Service was extremely prompt and attentive. We stayed in S16 (Orvieto - villa name) and were pleasantly surprised by the villa. Rooms were very spacious, large, clean with a fairytale like interior design. A fitting concept for this wonderland where each room had a unique thematic quality. There's also a massive bathtub in the center of the room! On the second floor, the roof top features a dining area, a BBQ, and a hammock overlooking the valley. A wonderful area to bask in the glory of sunsets beyond the valley. S16 had a lake view from the large windows where we could wake up to the view of majestic swans enjoying the lake. The morning breakfast provided was abundant. There are multiple golf carts around that took us to various destinations of wonder. These destinations include fish feeding, sheep feeding, horse back riding, rabbit feeding, chicken gazing, archery and golf. This place has so much to offer with all the activities adding a little to the charm of the place. Perfect for families with small children. Certain activities like feeding the sheeps was a thrilling and exhilarating experience as they all gather hungrily around you for a feast of branches. These branches were generously offered by the rancher who are attentive in there work and provide relevant and useful information. If you're looking for something more serene and peaceful, the rabbit feeding activity is just what you need. Get on your knees with a bunch of carrots (THB 20 / bundle) and watch them gather around you for a delicious munch! Little did we realize the act of feeding animals can be so relaxing and meditative. All this is enhanced by the magical scenery all around. Before the sunsets, it's a wonderful opportunity to go to the lake with two beautiful hungry black swans and hungry fishes. A quick call, and someone brings us the fish food (unlimited portions) in bottles. Fish feeding was such a wonderful experience and a must do activity at Swiss Valley for the full family. This is truly simply not just a destination. It is an experience. We will surely be returning for years to come.
